I knew the Foger Switch Pro is a great disposable vape and have often heard discussions about it. Sometimes, I get some compains about the device issues, like the vape isn’t producing vapor, the battery isn’t working, or something just feels “off.”
Recently, I have used the FOGER SWITCH Pro for a while. And now, I have some skills to help you solve some of the common problems with it. Hope they can help you get your FOGER SWITCH Pro back on track.
Issue 1: Why isn’t my FOGER SWITCH Pro producing vapor?
Symptom: You can draw air through the device, but there’s no vapor or flavor.
Possible Cause:
- a connectivity issue between the battery and the pod
- depleted e-liquid.
- a malfunctioning coil
How to Solve it?
If your FOGER SWITCH Pro isn’t producing vapor, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the Battery Connection
Make sure your Switch Pro pod and battery are properly aligned and securely connected. The device features a magnetic base. Therefore, snapped it together correctly. You can detach the battery from the pod and reconnect it after a few seconds. This can fix minor internal connectivity issues, but the most important thing is that make sure there is battery capacity.
2. Refill or Replace the Pod
If the e-liquid supply is low, please replace the pod directly. Or if you want to refill the pod, you can try to refill it, but this is not official support, as it is a disposable vape.
3. Inspect the Coil
This way is also difficult. It needs you to remove the pod and inspect the coil for damage or debris. If the coil looks burnt or worn out, it may need to be replaced. Unfortunately, disposable vape coils are not designed for replacement, so replacing a new disposable pod will be the final solution.
Issue 2: Battery Won’t Charge
Symptom: The device shows no signs of charging, or the battery isn’t powering the pod.
Possible Cause:
- Dirty contact points cause a faulty connection
- wear and tear on the battery pack
- Disposable pod malfunction.
How to Solve it?
1. Clean the Contact Points
Dirt and residue will block the electrical connection. Please try to use a cotton swab or a soft cloth to clean the contact points on both the battery and the pod.
2. Swap Battery Bases
If the battery pack is cracked, has bent pins, or has other visible damage. Replace the battery directly. If there isn’t any eye-checkable issue, try to swap the current battery pack for another one, if available, to see if the issue lies with the battery.
3. Check the Disposable pod
Try using a different pod to check if the current pod has a malfunction.
Issue 3: How do I fix airflow issues with my FOGER SWITCH Pro?
Symptom: The device seems to have restricted or blocked airflow.
Possible Cause:
- Clogged air intake holes
- misaligned components
- An internal blockage in the pod.
How to Solve It
1. Clean the Air Intake
Check the disposable pod air intake holes. If it appears blocked, use a small pin or toothpick to clear the obstruction.
2. Inspect Internal Blockages
Inspect the pod for any internal obstructions and remove any visible debris or residue. Take apart the pod and look for any internal residue or blockages if you can.
3. Check for Misalignment
Make sure the pod is aligned correctly and fully seated in the battery pack. A misaligned pod can restrict airflow. It’s always because of the refilling e-liquid action.
Issue 4: Why is my FOGER SWITCH Pro leaking e-liquid?
Symptom: E-liquid leaking from the pod area.
Possible Cause:
- E-liquid Tank damaged.
- Overfilled pods
- Damaged rubber seals
How to Solve It
1. Replace the New one
The disposable pod e-liquid tank is made of plastic; if the device is damaged, it will leak e-liquid. If this issue, you just have to replace a new one. Or, if the damage is not that serious (the damage point is higher than the e-liquid level), just store the device upright to minimize leakage risk.
2. Don’t Overfill
If you refill the disposable pod yourself, do not overfill the pod beyond about 80% of its capacity.
3. Seal Components Tightly
After refilling the pod, please make sure all rubber seals and stoppers are properly reinserted. Loose seals are a common cause of leaks.

The Foger Switch Pro has a 19ml e-liquid. It is said that up to 30000 puffs at normal mode, up to 18000 puffs at turbo mode. But actually, the lifespan depends on usage habits. For heavy vapers, a pod may last a few weeks. Its e-liquid tank is transparent, so you can monitor it directly.
